I am 66 and have been using Nectifirm for about 3 years. It was recommend by my plastic surgeon and I think it has helped with brown spots and firming up chin. Be sure to rub on your chest as well-then rub leftover on back of hands.

Can you not use it on your face?

Specially treated for neck, not advisable for face.

I love this product! I first saw it at my dermatologist's office and decided to try it. I don't just use this on my neck. I use it for a facial night cream, along with the neck. I get compliments on my skin even at 68 years old! I have since found this product on Amazon. It's actually about the same price as the Doctor's office so it's not the price that does it for me. It's the product, no matter where you buy it from.
