The taste is not particularly good, it's just minerals and no sweeteners. But I add in small amounts to my lemon water throughout the day, or a little bit in my coffee. This stuff tastes BAD, let it be said, if you are expecting some sugary / glucose / aspartame / stevia slop, you won't find that here, this stuff tastes like sea water or maybe slightly worse.
