It's definitely a great supplement. But the sad part is that the can is only 50% full (yes, I am an optimist).

The mint flavour is not good.

For the past year or so, I have been experiencing digestive issues. I cannot digest anything with refined sugar, gluten, dairy or nuts any longer. If I take them, I'll get very ill. Even though I stopped eating the above ingredients, I still experienced nausea and symptoms similar to acid reflux. Came across this product and ordered the Mint Flavor. Honestly, it suppressed my nausea and acid reflux. I knows this product works for me, because I stopped taking it and within a day or so the nausea and acid reflux returned. I still cannot eat the above ingredients, but at least I don't have constant nausea and stomach problems. I have only tried the mint flavor and I mix it in my carrot juice. The taste is not great but okay. The carrot juice masks the smell and also overtime it appears I got used to it, since the smell doesn't bother me as much. I have not tried the other flavors, so I don't know if they might taste/smell better than this one. I hope this product works for you as well and alleviates your digestive issues.

I have been using this for years with fantastic results for my intestines. I usually can't stand artificial flavors but the Berry wasn't bad tasting. I preferred the Fennel flavor when it came out. Then it disappeared. The Banana Peach flavor is awful and the Mint is too flavorless but better than Banana Peach and at least , Prefer no so-called "natural flavors" that are not natural. Maybe i'll try the Vegan. Hope it works as well!

I was using another product suggested by my physician, but it was very expensive and the consistency and flavor was hard to swallow. So I did some research and this product has most of the same ingredients and the mint flavor is actually very good. This has helped with nausea, stomach cramps and the bloated feeling.

This product is a game changer. I’ve tried everything for IBS - from prescription to diet. I’ve been on multiple meds throughout the past 15 yrs and nothing worked. I started researching what an irritable gut needed. I changed my diet - I don’t eat refined sugar, grains or dairy. I saw little improvement but still a lot of bloating and tenderness. I added a quality multivitamin as ibs is linked to vitamin D deficiency, I tried another HMO type supplement but nothing was a game changer until this. I originally bought the berry flavor and tried it twice - it is disgusting and far too sweet given that stevia and actually cause bloating in some people. I noticed the mint has 1/10th of the sweetener of the other flavors, and while the vegan has none it still lacked some of the other goodies in the regular tubs. I’m a week in, and there’s no bloating, no pain - I actually feel like a normal person. I can exercise, eat more than 1 meal a day, and live my life comfortably.

Mint flavor sucks, but the product itself is great! It’s been working, and I’m confident in the blend that’s provided.
