What is the actual size of the opening? I don't want the edges of my 8x10 photo cut off or covered.

The measurements seem to have changed over the years. The ones I got in November 2021 have an actual opening of 7 ½ x 9 ½.

Is the front actually glass?

Currently the product specs say the FRAME is made of glass. I am guessing the actual frame is plastiv?
