These swallow easy, work effectively and cause no issues in my tummy. I've used these on and off for relief when i have fissures waiting to heal and they work great for softening things up.

I need Dulcolax to release the problem, then to the maximum dose of 4/day for 4 days and it is easier now every one to two days, but still needs some effort, although nowhere nearly as much as before
