Great supplement
I ordered these per doctors orders. Getting older is for the birds, but if I have to take extra supplements, these are good. No taste or odor. They are an easy size to swallow. I will update once I’ve taken them a bit longer to see how well they work. It’s only been a few days as of this review.

This is a very good product. I take one daily because I take a water pill each day and this helps me not to get leg cramps. I haven't experienced any cramps since I started taking this product. I've been taking it now for over a year. I highly recommend.

SUCH a quality product! Started purchasing single bottles b/c it was prescribed for the little to prevent migraines. So the 10yr old started taking this regularly. Then I realized there was this option for the three pack! THENNNN I started taking this qith Theanine at night and WOW that's some good sleep!
