I like this company but it’s not as good as when the founder was alive : ). Pure products though.

feels like a good b complex. My body tolerates it well, there is no taste, and I take it with the methylation supplement. I have bought a few bottle bottles already.

It is important in the world we live in today not to depend on certain Medical Doctors anymore, as they are not trained to do research on why your body has issues, but given a list of medications that they will get you to try to help you. Most certainly it makes things worse never better. Medications are designed to give side affects, and they can be dangerous for some, not all are harmful, but there are Natural cures available to those who do their own research. Look at the Amish! They are rarely ever sick, they grow their own food, and do not buy from big chains. They have energy and are not sickly, they use herbs to help with colds. Ginger Root, Raw honey, Lemon juice, and Apple Cider vinegar in Hot water and a teaspoon of Real Salt, not table. Will rid coughs, head colds, sore throats, and is good for the gut. They do not go to doctors all these years they have been on this planet! We have been doctor fee since 2017, changed our diet to whole foods high fat, and no vegtables are really needed high in Oxcilates. Once in a while we have fresh green beans, or a salad with lettuce and fresh cheese with homemade blue cheese. Nothing processed, and no sugar. Allulouse sweetner occasionally in homemade cheese cake, or Carnivore ice cream. This is all we need to have better quality of life and never do man made medications and we are close to 70's and able to ride bikes, jog, and do projects around our home. A huge blessing!

I trust premier research and all their products. I can feel a difference in my system when I’m taking the supplements. Quality is great and I can see results when I take the vitamins. I do not experience any side effects. Energy level changes and I’m more energetic.

I've tried previous B vitamins that gave me stomach issues. This B-complex did not make me sick. It is also a two capsule dose, which enables you to take just one capsule if you're worried about megadoses, which can cause some GI distress. Since starting this vitamin, I feel like I have had more energy and have been drinking less coffee throughout the day. Placebo effect? So far, so good. We'll see how things are going after a couple of months.

This is by far my favorite b complex product. Its price reflects the quality and ingredients reliability. I have only bought online once with another on the way so the long term buying is still unknown. Like all things it’s more difficult to buy locally. Be well

As far as I know this is the best B supplement. Many others have absurdly high doses. Taking more than you need is not only wasteful, but it can be harmful or even dangerous in the case of some of the B vitamins. These are, after all, meant to be supplements, not food substitutes. Moreover, the folate is actually the safer and better tetrahydrofolate form, instead of the cheaper folate. I appreciate that the Premier people appear to have read the science!
