Cleans you out
I took this for thirty days. It’s a fiber based product, so you will definitely eliminate a lot during the first few days LOL. Did not curb my appetite. I did seem to have more energy though. No weight loss.

It works but ……
This works but you have to take it every day and it’s not a miracle worker but it definitely will curve your appetite. It’s not a magic pill out there to lose weight but it does help me eat less and I don’t get hungry between meals. Take it for six months and you will see. You will not see results overnight
