Not Good
Why did you pick this product vs others?: The battery was dead (measured at 0.2 volts and should be 7.5 volts) and would not charge. Also, the included screwdrivers do not fit the Surface Pro 4. You will need a Torx 4 and 5.

Did not fit my Surface Pro 4 as advertised
This battery actually did not end up fitting my Microsoft Surface Pro 4, like it should but I was too slow getting it installed so I missed the return window.

Bad product
First of all this does not work with the advertised surface pro 4 1742. The physical layout of the controller board is different because this company neglected to include fuses on the battery connections. So it's a fire hazard as well as the fact that it won't be properly recognized by the system.
