Great Quality!
Wonderful!!! I’m so happy with the quality and the size is perfect! During the pandemic I was looking for something to keep my 8 month old baby girl in a bubble when at the drs office or elevators. I can’t say enough great things. One of my best baby product purchases to date, I should’ve bought sooner.

Works on Balios S Lux too!
Got this for my Balios S Lux, hoping it will work, yes it does. It will only cover the seat, not the entire stroller, so you may want to cover the basket below too, I did it with a big trash bag so whatever is in there won’t get wet.Kid is happy with the velcro window as we can open it & still able to interact with them.Leave it open overnight/while waiting, it dries perfectly without rain/water spots/mold, just make sure it is dried completely before storing.

Great Rain Cover
I ordered this Rain Cover because I heard that the Cybex Libelle is almost identical to the GB Pockit+ All City Stroller. It works great with GB Pockit+ All City Stroller! Very easy to install and cheaper than the GB Pockit+ All City Stroller rain cover I have found else where. Completely worth the money and I love the window it has as well!

Great Quality!
I wish it was a little more breathable- it’s very heavy plastic that makes it very humid in the carrier. But I DO like the material used though, as I live where when it rains it POURS so this works great! I ended up just poking some extra holes through with a needle. I also love how it has the Velcro flap on the front. Every other rain cover I saw did not have that, and is a great additional feature in my opinion.
