Works great right out of the package on my Samsung crystal smart tv. Just added batteries and hit the power button and it was ready to go. Didn’t have to do anything else to use it, was so happy. And the price was great. Buttons all work great, old controller buttons were not working on a cheaper replacement that had for few frustrating months. I thought it was my internet that was the issue but during prime sales ordered this new remote and wish had bought it months ago. Will never buy a generic remote again.

It works great to replace original remote which quit working. I do miss the light up buttons though, but after a while I became familiar with it and can just use it by feel rather than seeing them in a dark room.

Connectivity is very good as expected with Samsung TV. No complaint so far.
