Can I talk while wearing the mask and make the mouth still move?

Yes. The mouth will move with yours when you speak. Quite realistic.

Does the mouth open and close when you talk?

It moves with your mouth but it is not tight or anything. No wires. If I remember it was pretty realistic. Fooled my kids big time. They are 8 and 6. I will wear it again but not for Halloween this year. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. It was wonderfully creepy. 😜
