Snug fit over 1/2" pipes but that's good. Chrome looks good, for now.

I prefer this chrome plated metal to the cheaper plastic ...
I prefer this chrome plated metal to the cheaper plastic types. This one has a 0.88" hole to fit a 1/2" inside diameter pipe made of steel, PVC or other schedule 40 pipes (not copper). The outside diameter is 2.5" and is 7/16 high. The high price is the reason for removing one star.

BEWARE: Not for 1/2” copper or PEX.
Bought these without reading the description throughly. Got em. They’ll fit 3/4 copper/pex but not what I needed them for. Product is great hence the 5 stars just wanted to leave others a heads up
