Good Support on this product
Received my unit and plugged it up at church where it was being used. It stopped working and after trying several suggestions, I contacted the seller. They were great in communication and kept me updated on progress. Final decision? They replaced the unit. Received the replacement the other day and plugged it up.

Baofeng 6 Way Charger Review
Received this item today. Right off there was an issue with the power connector that connects to the base charger... the connector is very flimsy and loose. When you move the base charger for any reason, the connector comes out, thus, when it does make a connection, there are power spikes that occur every time this connector is moved whether accidently or just nudging it, this can cause damage to the battery itself. The problem here is that the manufacturer didn't design this charger with a more secure connector to it's base. Looking at this, I may have to "void" the warranty off the charger by hard wiring the connector instead of using the plug or using an entirely different type of plug that is more secure. As for charging the radios, it performs well so far.

Great Item for us
Well, work well, hold charge and sound good for this type of radio. All in all we have 16 radios and original four we purchased four years ago still working.

Ok we shall see!
A little glitchy it's hard stabilizing the walkie talkies in the base. You got to kind of move them around. But again for the price you can't beat that so we'll see. I haven't had them long enough yet

Great in theory... not in reality. Ports do not all charge.
Great concept and would be great if all the ports worked. I ordered 4 total sets and had to return 2 immediately because there were ports that wouldn't light up or charge. Now, just 3 months later each one has at least one port that does not charge or light up. Waiting on customer support to see if they will resolve our issue!
