This paint mixer is an unbelievable blessing for anyone who works with small paints, especially for mixing model paints like Tamiya acrylics or Vallejo acrylics. It has completely transformed my painting process. No more shaking bottles until my wrist aches—just place your container on the mixer, give it a few seconds, flip it over, and repeat. In no time, you have perfectly mixed paint every time. I can’t believe I waited so long to try one of these out. It has made the task so much easier and more efficient, and I couldn't imagine going back to mixing by hand. If you’re into model painting or work with small paint containers, this mixer is a game-changer. Highly recommended!

This is a wonderful addition to your painting arsenal. Paints for miniatures, nail polish, other art media that come in small bottles can be hard to mix well. Shaking can cause repetitive stress injury to joints such as wrist and elbow (things like carpal tunnel). If I'm painting with several colors, fatigue sets in and I either have badly mixed paint or my joints aren't up to the fine movement needed for painting after all that slacking. Pros: - no joint fatigue/pain - vastly superior mixing of paint vs shaking - shaking can cause bubbles whereas this doesn't. Cons: - it can be loud if placed on a surface that will exaggerate the sound. Basically: very quiet on a solid tile floor, but extremely loud on a table or desk due to vibration. - The device tends to "walk" if you don't hold the paint bottle just right. It needs to be at a slight tilt that's close to upright. When held at an incorrect angle the device will move around. Not a flaw, but takes a bit of practice.

The mixer itself works great for mixing 17ml bottles of paint. Problem for me is a faulty power cord. I bought the unit just before Christmas but only recently started using it when I realized that if the power cord was even slightly bent it would not work There's likely a crack in the cording somewhere. My return window just closed so now I'm trying to find a new cord. That said it really is a great little mixer. Edit: Wanted to amend my review to five stars as the company offered to send me a new power cord or refund me more than enough to cover the cost of replacing the power cord. Again, the mixer works great for my model paints and the only problem I had was the faulty cord. Great customer service. Will certainly buy another one from INTLLAB if this one dies some time down the line.

bought for my son to mix his warhammer paints after he saw youtube video on painting miniutures, it works great especially on hard to mix white paint, he just added a stainless steel bal to paint bottle and use this by pressing bottle at angle to it and mixes paint great. paint becomes smooth and even consistency making paint application much better. without globs marring miniature

I wanted a really good professional mixer so, I spent the extra money and ordered this....First one I received was broken out of the box. I returned it and now after using this new one maybe 4 times it now will not work! 🤬🤬🤬

This is a very good mixer. It was even able to un-clump two different version of liquid frisket. I am impressed.

I use this for mixing small bottles of acrylic paint for miniature painting. At first I was thinking "do I really need to spend another $40?" But I'm really glad I did. Makes very quick work of getting buttery smooth paint. The citadel bottles are awesome with it, the Vallejo and Army Painter style bottles are a little more finicky and take a bit of trial and error to get to fit well (but not that hard and way easier than shaking shaking and more shaking by hand) Anybody that does mini painting knows paints settle and how frustrating and time consuming it can be to properly mix something that's been sitting on a shelf for a long time. This tool solves that problem and takes mixing paints from a chore into something that's almost fun to do. If you paint minis and are thinking about this, stop thinking and just buy it.

Piece of crap stopped working after a few months, don't buy this. i used it for mixing paints for modelling.
