The belts were quality and were an exact fit. These belts on rug shampoo machines are a wear part. They need to be replaced. I see these machines out for the garbage and usually they either need a cleaning or the belts replaced. Kind of dumb to throw something out and buy a new one when you can just get a part for less than $10 and fix it.

Belts fit perfect. Might have to stretch flat belt a bit, but it won't slip like worn belt. Vacuum works great now!

Before anything else, like the title says, BUY THE THREE BELT PACK. Odds are 95% your primary drive belt (smooth) is the bad one. The secondary drive belt (larger ribbed) and idler belt (smaller ribbed) are likely fine. In order to replace the primary belt you will need to remove that side of the brush head assembly and remove the secondary drive belt. You might as well replace that one while you're at it, but it's likely fine as the primary belt burns and fatigues before everything else. I recommend NOT removing the idler side of the head assembly. Replacing that is rather tricky and the idler belt has almost zero tension. Just leave it and it will make disassembly and reassembly MUCH easier. If you remove the idler side you risk losing washers and struggling with realigning the secondary drive belt assembly. The primary belt in our vacuum was fatigued and burnt to a crisp (see image.) Honestly, I'm surprised it was functioning at all. Once replaced the unit ran like a top. We'll see how the durability of the replacements prove over time, but if I only had done the primary belt side the replacement would have gone from a 5/10 difficulty to a 2/10.

Got these to replace some OEM belts that broke on my Bissell upright carpet cleaner and they were a perfect fit. I’ve been using the carpet cleaner for a while now with these and they are not losing elasticity or anything like that. It seems like they will be just as durable as the originals were.

Saved my vacuum from being dumped. This allowed me to fix the primary belt powering the agitators.

If I could put a zero starts I would. I needed to replace the belts on my steam cleaner. I got all of the belts replaced and the drive belts immediately burned through and filled my house with smoke. I measured it against my old drive belt and found that it was 1/8 to 1/4 inch too small.

Perfect fit. Was able to find a video on YouTube to help with accessing all the belts. Replaced all three in about 20 minutes and the cleaner is working like new! Almost threw the machine way so this was great!
