380 mg. According to the 'National Institutes of Health' web site (a government source), standardized grape seed extracts are reported to contain 92 to 95% Oligomeric Poranthocyanidins (OPC's). This product has been tested to have 95% OPC's. The remaining 3% would contain procyanidin, different forms of catechins, and other bioactives in smaller amounts. Thus, at 95%, that works out to 380 mg of OPC's.
