I found cure in this product.
Ok, here is my 2nd review, I first rated it one star, but it turned out that I have found cure in this product.The problem I did not know that honey crystallizes and I thought something was wrong, then I found a way on youtube how to fix that.If your honey has crystallized, you can make it smooth and golden once again. Simply heat a pan of water with low heat. Remove the pan from the stove and place your honey jar inside. Be sure to take the lid off your jar before placing it in the warm water.

Even though the jar was wrapped in bubble wrap it still came with a chipped lid.

like an "experience in flavor" that precludes casual consumption
Not your typical honey, it's a very unique (unlike any honey I've ever had) and strong flavor—which I'm sure some people with a more sophisticated palate may desire/appreciate, but it's not what I'm looking for in a honey. I would compare this to an overly-hoppy IPA or a Guiness if regular honey is a Pilsner. It's more involved, like an "experience in flavor" that precludes casual consumption.

Sweet but good
This honey is very sweet. I got it to add to my green tea because raw honey helps with my allergies. If it were for baking, I imagine it would probably be too sweet it it more expensive than other brands, but it is high quality. It leaves no bad aftertaste and has no fake/chemical taste.
