Had fewer headaches since I started these I will continue.

I was sceptical, but since I started taking this product I haven't had any silent migraines (for three months so far, touch wood). Prior to that I was having at least 5 a month, and sometimes one every three days. I waited a while before reviewing, as I once had a whole month without one, but I'm quite impressed so far. I'm on my second batch. Definitely worth a try.
