Would this work on a Kenwood tm-v1a

i never heard of a tm-v1a but if you mean tm-v71a yes it will with the correct antenna

What is the pull strength ?

Not specified but this was intended for 1/4 nmo antennas Light Duty! Get the 5 ' 1/2 tram $26 mag Mount if you got antenna whip and coil configuraions over 45" long .

will this work with wilson(weboost) tracker antenna?

Most Wilson CB antennas use uhf connector that is a s0-239 female on base and pl-259 in the antenna coil. Im unfamilar with web boost antenna that could be a3/8 thread antenna for mirror mount? Which would not adapt to NMO style. I don't think a NMO mount will work with any Wilson antenna's. On amazon there's uhf and 3/8 threaded style magnet mount's. Look at your antenna bottom. Can a person remove the pl-259 and shorten the coax and put a new pl-259 connector, to make it easier for coax entry in the vehicle?

This mount cannot be disassembled. You can shorten the cable, but will need to reinstall the connector using crimper and soldering.
