I was really worried it was going to come in the wrong size because of previous reviews here but it came as expected 24" with a bulb included! Since most of the reviews with comments are a little older I'm hoping this means they worked out the kinks.

Still sending out the wrong item, Got a 14" instead of a 24" this is a SCAM
Thought that they would be sending the right stuff out now, since some reviews have gotten better, NOPE. Totally a scam.... Don't even think about trying it with these guys, DBD pets has no customer service either.

Ordered 24" inch but received 14"
Ordered 24" inch but received 14". Wanted a refund for the difference in length. The price difference is only $3 which is absurd and not worth the rigamarole of returning and reordering.

I received the wrong size. I was suppose to receive a 24” hood and I received a 14” hood. This has false advertising all over it. Don’t waste your time or money.
