Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra S-Pen - Black (US Version), S-Pen compatible with Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G only.

I was considering upgrading my S21 Ultra to the S23 Ultra but decided that while the S23 Ultra looks great, My S21 Ultra is still doing great and gives me everything I need at this point. I was a little jealous that the S23 has a stylus, but then remembered that the S21 supports the S Pen. I ordered one and am very happy I did. I've been using it almost daily for quick notes. The S Pen functions as you would expect and is very responsive and lag-free on the S21 Ultra.

Honestly I bought this right as I was going on a trip so I would be able to doodle on my phone whenever I wanted. Even with tempered glass on my phone, it still picks up the pen perfectly fine. Drawing apps that allow pressure sensitivity pick up the pen as well even with the tempered glass protector. The pen comes with extra tips which is nice. So far I'm really happy with this purchase, and it makes it way easier to take notes and draw/doodle on the go. As the description states, this pen is only for the S21 ULTRA phone. The only downside I can think of at the moment would be having to buy a separate case that holds both the phone and pen so it doesn't get lost.

Got the regular S-Pen for my new S21 Ultra from America to Africa finally, but find the original a bit "slippery" compared to the previous one from my Note 10+. Love the functionality available even without bluetooth in the Pro, but needs to feel and lead better in my average size hands. Since there are so many alternative have to do some further research. This one I keep as backup. I think I order the Staedtler jumbo EMR with erase button instead, if I do not find better (just a few dollars more).

Note that this pen works only on the S21 ULTRA. It will not work for other S21 versions. In addition, it does not have all the functions the Note S-Pen has. This pen is basically used for hand-writing and it comes in very handy when you need to take a quick note. There are cases out there that allows you to clip the pen on it.

I love this pen! It's great that it does not need charging like the cheaper styluses. I love using it instead of my finger. It makes playing some games so much easier (but at the same time, my favorite game is glitchy with this stylus and not the cheap ones). I don't like that it is very easy to lose. I didn't buy a phone case that holds it bc the reviews were so bad. It's a bit expensive. I could buy 3 or more cheap ones at this price but I think the fact that you don't have to charge it, the side button and the (limited) case options, make it worth the price.
