What are the dimensions of the plates?

The NEW dimensions of the LARGE plate have CHANGED The NEW dimensions are 1 3/8 inches by 2 1/8 inches-considerably smaller than the old LARGE plate. The old large plate is approximately 2 5/8" by 1 3/4". The XL plate is 2 1/4" by 2 1/4"

Will this work if placed inside an Otterbox MySymmetry case between phone and the insert (card stock like)?

I grabbed these to actually stick to the back side of the otter box. The metal plates always work best metal to magnet without anything in between. Tried the in between before and it's a Hassel. Slides at every bump. Don't like digging my phone out from under my legs while driving.

how big are these plates? what are the dimensions?

I don't know exactly, but the big plate fits comfortably inside back cover of the Samsung Galaxy S4 & S5. Yes INSIDE. Just pop off the back and lay it on the battery but not covering the speaker, even with the adhesive and adhesive backing.

Will there be a red one to match the iphone product red?
