It is very difficult to tell what this book is like on the inside. What are some examples of the questions it asks?

It starts with the page for photos before pregnancy, then table of contents, finding out you're pregnant, 1st doctor visit, 1st 2nd and 3rd trimester, planning and the big day. Each section has pages for you to fill in the necessary n to put pictures. I bought for my daughter and she loves it. Its a good buy. Worth the money. I would recommend it.

It says it ship in 1-2 months but is a prime item. When can I expect this item?

I received in 2 days.It may be a third party seller if it says 1 to 2 months so watch for that.

Any sections to add notes from doctor or notes to ask dr?

Has that also .you can keep all your papers and appointments in this book.Its a good reference book about you and how you feel during pregnancy.
