LED Magnifying Lamp with Clamp, Raweao 3X Lighted Magnifying Glass with Light for Reading, Seniors, Hobbies, Craft

This is a great little clip on lamp. The glass is very clear with no distortion and the light is bright and works like they describe. I bought it for hand sewing but my husband and my daughter have both borrowed it and were impressed with it.

My eyesight was getting bad and I can’t read fine print much anymore, so when I came across this, I thought it would be something neat to have around. Was able to work on tightening up my glasses without having to hold a magnifying glass. Gonna use this for threading needles and other stuff where I need both of my hands. The light is super bright. It looks like it has 5 levels of brightness where you can control from the built-in switch on the cord. When you first plug it in, it’s blinding bright, so watch out for that if the light is facing you. I like that it has a USB plug, so you can have it on your desk area where all the USB outlets usually are. The only con is how hard it is to open the clamp (had to use both hands), but my husband said that is a good thing because you want it to be strong and sturdy, and overtime the clamp should loosen up. I clamped it on a glass table to try, but if you’re clamping on wood, I’d recommend using a cloth to protect it.

It is a good lamp and the magnifying lens is helpful but the one thing that needs improving is the clamp. I was fortunate that when I first got this the table I mounted it with had such a thick surface. The lamp worked well with it and held in place firmly. However, when I tried mounting this with my desk, it didn't work out so well. Because my desk is on the thinner side, the clamp doesn't hold firmly and bending the neck of the lamp would cause the clamp to slide off. Just a piece of advice, make sure you clamp it to a thick surface otherwise it might slide off when adjusting it.

Bright enough for crafting/puzzles/writing, gooseneck stays put, just the right amount of magnification.

I've read some bad reviews for this, and so far, I have had absolutely NO problems. This is exactly what I was needing and wanting. The light is pretty dang bright, and the magnifying glass makes everything pretty big. Takes a few seconds for my eyes to adjust to the glass but only after a few seconds, it's fine. It really helps me with paying attention to the details. I Absolutely love this and will most likely buy another one. :) Remember to clip it onto a flat service so that it doesn't fall and break. Also, make sure when you do move the glass in a position you want, be gentle with it and don't wrench it around like it's going to be unbreakable. anything and everything has it's breaking point. :)

I bought this to use when working on the extra-fine details in drawings. It clamps perfectly to my drafting table or easel. The brightness is variable which I truly appreciate if I am using graphite-the reflectiveness of some graphite is a pain in the butt with a bright light. Magnification is perfect to keep me from working hunched over with my nose close to the paper. This may seem silly, but I really appreciate that this is bright WHITE in light color. Definitely helps when working with pastel pencils as I can see the true colors I am laying down.

The LEDs offer plenty of light. The lens offers a decent wide view of your work area. It could use more magnification. The neck bends nicely so it takes up less space when not in use. Now the bad part. The light stopped working after the first use. I opened up the switch compartment and found that one of the solder joints had failed and the wire came off. After fixing it the one next to it popped off. All the soldered connections were poorly done. This was very disappointing.

I've been using this every day for two years. Definitely worth the money.

La loupe grossi très bien les objets et elle éclaire très bien. Le seul problème que j'ai est le petit bloc d'alimentation qui ne dure pas, c'est ma troisième que j'achète et j'ai changé le bloc d'alimentation sur les deux première.

Despite earlier reviews, the clip seems strong and stable. Maybe they have fixed it along the way. 3 x magnification is perfect and light is bright enough. No complaints here.

Highly adaptable and very useful. I would buy this again.
