Kroger makes excellent products with no fillers or stearates, and this schizandra supplement is no exception. It contains a standardized extract as well as a whole berry base to ensure a full spectrum of benefits. Furthermore, it's priced lower than most inferior schizandra products. Consuming stimulants is taxing on the adrenal glands, and schizandra is clinically proven to aid in adrenal support. I also suggest Rhodiola Rosea for a synergistic effect.

I think it helps the adrenals. Can't say that I have a vast boost in energy but I know the first few times I took it, I had a boost. I continue to take it because it seems to keep me balanced.

I have been taking these pills for the last month for my super low energy level and my tired "mom brain." IT seems to be really helping and I am planning on ordering another bottle. I feel more energized than normal and do not feel jittery or any other unpleasant side effects.
