Non-stick, Easy to clean
Updated review: I wanted to update this review since I have used this dish for 2 years now. It is still amazing. We cook everything from sausages to rice inside and food still doesn't stick, and it still the easiest dish to clean. I'm getting another one for my mother-in-law. Original review: Great casserole dish! I only needed a casserole dish, mostly for frying purposes, but I want to figure out how to buy more from this set to replace some of my old pans. Also, I know it shouldn't be about looks, but this dish is also just so beautiful!

Can be used on the hob or in the oven and always non stick. We have used it for many types of cooking from casseroles to omelettes.

I just won’t cook with anything else, superb cookware. Had a mishap and had to replace one pan from my set. I bought the option for unoriginal/damaged packaging and was truly amazed it was pristine inside, the corner of the box was ripped and repaired. I got so lucky. From £56 down to £33 and free delivery ) very grateful). I will repeat, I just won’t cook in anything else it’s truly a joy every day. I love these pans and this brand. Worth every penny. Had my set for years now.

I am pleased with this very lightweight pan but unfortunately I hadn’t realised how hot the knob and handles get so very hot. Will continue to use though, I just need to buy the protectors for the handle, just an added expense though on top of what I have already paid. Do like it though.
