Does this part come with gaskets and seals need to install?

It does come with the factory gaskets. It does not come with any gaskets for the coolant hoses that attach to it. There is one coolant hose from the passenger side of the motor that connects to this part. You will have to reuse that O-ring on it or find another one that size.

does anyone know the o ring part numbers for lines and hoses? and whatever else i need besides this unit?

You can get a seal kit at most auto part stores, that has those O-rings & seals.

Is this a genuine gm or a acdelco part? description says it's manufactured by acdelco but on the pictures it seems there is gm logo on it

Official GM part. Seal is on the box. Mine did come with a oil filter.
