Well made and comes with everything for a very easy installation.

Installation très facile, contrairement à ce qu'on pourrait penser sur la photo, les flexibles inox sont de bonne longueur (70cm, ils sont enroulés avec deux tours sur la photo...), ce qui facilite grandement le positionnement du filtre. Il n'est par ailleurs pas obligatoire de le fixer, il peut être simplement posé verticalement et calé sous l'évier. Le filtre se clipse sans aucune difficulté avec un système quart de tour, il n'y a aucune fuite. On peut aussi installer un autre type filtre de la marque Waterdrop, c'est un système standard chez eux. Très efficace sur le chlore, le goût a disparu complètement. N'a aucun impact sur le pH et le TDS (c'est bien indiqué dans le descriptif, ce n'est pas le but, voir du côté de leur fontaine à eau à osmose inverse WD-K19-H pour ça). Concernant le débit, je remplis le réservoir de 5L de ma fontaine WD-K19-H en 45 secondes, c'est plus que suffisant pour un usage courant. Globalement, je suis très satisfait de ce produit, qui coche toutes les cases, il est de très bonne qualité au niveau des matériaux, s'installe vraiment très simplement (tout est fourni), et fonctionne exactement comme prévu.

Filter flow SUDDENLY reduced to a trickle after 4 1/2 months of use. This filter is being marketed as a 8000 Gallon/12 month filter, and has completely failed after a third of it's rated time. There is NO WAY one person has drank 8000 gallons of water in 4 1/2 months. One star rating given because a zero star rating was not an option. May 1 2025 Update - Waterdrop came through! After contacting Waterdrop regarding their defective filter, the issue has been solved. ANDREW at Waterdrop immediately, and very professionally took care of the problem. A brand new filter was sent out to me for free. I have installed the filer, and am so pleased to be drinking quality, taste free water again! Thank you Waterdrop & thank you Andrew! I will definitely keep Waterdrop in mind for any of my future water filtering needs.

The installation was very easy, the instructions were clear and well thought out, and the overall concept is excellent. The impact on water taste was immediately noticeable — fresh, clean, and pleasant — all while maintaining full water pressure, which was very important to me. After a short time, however, the included filter clogged and the water pressure dropped dramatically.
