Which do you do first moisturise first or use the product first?

I do not moisturize. I shave in the shower and use the product when I step out of the shower. As for me, the critical point is to use the product while your face is still wet. I have doing it this way for more than six years and still very few issues with my hair curling back into my face. I contribute those times to not shaving within my three to four day window. I hope this helps and makes sense.

Does it get rid of dark spots caused by razor bumps?

Aloe vera, Manuka, or citrus soap. Any of those will lighten the dark spots. Taking a vitamin E helps to heal your skin faster. DO NOT SCRUB.

Has anyone noticed that this product sometimes comes in water like form/substance and sometimes is more like a thick/sticky liquid?

I have been using this product for over two+ years now and it's always in a liquid form. it gets thicker/sticky around the surface of the bottle when the liquid dries around the top of the container. can be easily avoided by cleaning the top of the bottle after each use.

If and whenever you shave your face and neck and you get razor bumps or burns THIS IS THE PRODUCT YOU MUST TRY. I've tried more products than I can count to help remedy my razor burn/bumps. Creams, lotions, aftershaves etc and nothing worked until I tried Bump Patrol. This product has eliminated my razor bump and burn problems! I've used it for years and will never use a different product ever. There is no need to anymore!
