Excellent recipes. All of them are tasty and some are really filling enabling you to lose weight fast. Lost 4lb in 2 weeks just doing 800 calories 2 days per week on this diet.

Love this book! I am not doing the Fast 800, but I am trying to lose weight. The recipes in this book are easy, not too many ingredients, and mostly delicious. Just sad I can’t get some things here in the USA (like smoked haddock). The pictures are tempting, the print and nutritional info easy to read, and instructions easy to follow. I don’t feel I’m on a diet! I also like how many of them are for one or two people (very important for singles), but are tasty enough to double or triple if there are more of you.
