I was concerned of buying this at first I thought as on a cheaper side quality might be compromised but I was wrong mixed it with home made yoghurt and gluten free cakes and you can really taste coconut and not with chemically / processed one . Thank you

Variable quality IS a thing
My goto desiccated coconut started giving me mouth ulcers, and I'm generally allergic to Sulphites. So I guess that they were using it somewhere in the process. Not listed though. So I switched to this one. I like that it's slightly chunkier, only by a tiny bit, and it doesn't give me mouth ulcers, which obviously is a good sign that they aren't sneaking in that naughty sulphur dioxide. Not a problem unless, as I say, you are allergic to that stuff. I chose this one mostly on price tbh. And I like it a lot. It tastes nice, it smells nice, and it is good value. That's all I've got.

Smells nice, tastes nice and long use by date, very happy with this bulk buy. We love making coconut and cherry flapjack so we love buying in bulk.

Secret Ingredient
I LOVE 😍 desiccated Coconut 🥥 it's the secret ingredient in many recipes including Meatballs, Porridge Oats, Smoothies, Chilli, Rice Dishes and of course Cakes. Sometimes you can taste it easily in food and drink recipes, and other times in savoury dishes food taste nicer but your not always sure why 😋 Price is reasonable with fast Amazon delivery. Recommended Purchase
