Which is the actual size?

Sure. The figure scales in size with 6" Marvel Legends action figures. This actual figure of Kingpin, because he is a giant in stature in the comics, is probably about 8-9 inches tall? It is a repaint and reissue of a Build-a-figure version that came out previously in a Marvel Legends 6" wave. I own both versions and think they are excellent, weighty, large figures. Hope this helps.

Is this the baf in a package or a new figure?

This is a reissue of the old figures released in the 90s. None of them are worth what these scalpers are asking for, because none of these are the original 90s release.

This is out now, how is it not available until November?

Information is wrong, it's available now

When does the other figures in this wavy gets released?

This figure goes with the recently released Vintage Spider-man Marvel Legends 6" action figures that can now be found at most Targets. They are selling fast, though. All of this wave is mostly inspired by the Spider-man cartoon of the '90s.
