I started using this throughout the process of coming off my birth control pill. I Truly believed it has helped my skin transition. I’ve had barely any acne through the process whereas beforehand I broke out terribly when I tried to stop taking my pill. The combo of vitamin A, biotin and especially the saw palmetto and inositol have been what has keep my skin calm and dewy. I was taking nutrafol (89 dollars for a month supply) and tried this instead, and the results have been similar if not better at a small fraction of the price. Supplements DO work if you’re consistent and give them enough time to do their thing!

It works! I absolutely love the ingredients. However, I wish it had a better source of Magnesium, not Oxide as it is not highly bioavailable and no folic acid as this can be harmful for people with some genetic disorders. There is room for improvement.

I LOVE THE FACT THAT THESE ARE IN CAPSULE FORM AND NOT GIANT PILLS THAT ARE HARD TO SWALLOW. MY HAIR HAS BEEN GROWING FOR A YEAR NOW, AND THIS PRODUCT SHOULD SHOW ME RESULTS ON LESS BREAKAGE AND AN INCREASE IN GROWTH IN A MONTHS TIME.
