These run a tiny bit short, but width is excellent. Recommend spraying with waterproofing spray while new; they'll look brand-new for months. Not especially comfortable right out of the box, but after wearing them a bit, they became much more comfortable for daily wear. Uppers are kind of stiff, but that works out to be a good thing. Super lightweight shoe. Overall, a tremendous value for the price.

Did you grow up in the 90’s when DC was a wicked brand for skaters? Well, if you couldn’t afford them then, you can now! In recent years we’ve benefited from elitist skate brands needing to target non-skaters. What once would have been a $200+ shoe is now affordable to all. This shoe was a great buy! - It’s wide, which means comfort if you have big feet or certain feet problems - The solid black is very appealing and is great for matching most outfits; mix up the laces for a personalized touch - The sole is built to skateboarding’s rugged standards - These look great for both men and women Go on, relive the cool kid dream! Grab a pair!

I have a handicapped grandson that wears full foot and leg braces. It's always hard to find a shoe that will fit over the braces and not be huge on him. We have tried other shoes made for the handicapped and always end up coming back to DC's. They are the most durable shoes we have purchased. They last the entire school year. Great quality shoes.
