Will this keep bad smells from entering your nose? Basically would it be good for picking up mountains of my dog’s messes? Thanks

I use a 3m mask with biochemical filters. No smell makes it to my very sensitive to poo smelling nose. These are large and look funny for everyday use though. They do offer the best protection if that was a concern.

Is this mask good for protection from covid19?

This mask has been advertised to aid in catching particulates in the air that will over time with prolonged exposure cause damage to your lungs. Define “good” for protection against covid. Will it stop it entering your body, no absolutely it will not. Will it slow it down maybe, unless you have a mask that can deliver your own uncontaminated air supply there is no way to stop it going through a filter this inexpensive. Should you buy it? That’s up to you. Personally I’m not so sure how well I would trust a 10-15 dollar piece of equipment to fight a war on a biological scale level. I would have no problem buying it for a work environment that creates dust though.
