How large is this, after filling it with everything? Large? Small? How way of knowing from the product description.

When this product is fully cinched it stands 4 inches tall and its diameter remains the same at 10 inches. When fully filled it stands at 6 inches tall.

Where are these manufactured?

It is made in China. However, the quality is very good. My only compliant is that it i s a little shallow for sticking a tool or two in it (they fall out).

Want to organize my carpentry tools in a bucket, Chisels, pliers, chalk line, etc, would this work well for me?

No, I would not use this for that purpose. I would use the Bucket Boss bucket organizer. This is best for smaller items tools, boxes of nail and screws etc.
