I've been using this wine cooler for several months now and it's working as expected. I use the dual temp zones for red wine and to keep white wine/cocktail cans cooler. I keep it in the garage and can't hear it unless in the garage. Highly recommend especially given the reasonable price.

The wine fridge arrived on time and is functioning well. Very pleased with this purchase.

This unit fit the space, looks great, and works great. Some reviews complain about the noise, but this is whisper quiet. Dual temperature controls brought each zone to proper temperature in minutes. Standard bottles fit securely, and there is enough room for longer Riesling bottles. Bigger bottles might be a squeeze. The wire racks are basic but sturdy. The condition of the box when it arrived gave me some concerns about the condition of the unit, but other than a minor blemish on the door, it was in excellent condition. I thought about sending it back, but I weighed the amount of hassle and expense against the annoyance of the minor blemish and decided it wasn’t worth the effort. Overall, we are very happy with this purchase and it gives us confidence that we are finally storing our wine properly.

Full disclosure, I didn’t buy this for wine. I bought it as a cheese “cave”. It keeps cheese at the perfect temperature for aging. But if you are one of those wine kinda people, it works good too I guess! The value was great, a nice cheap fridge that actually holds up well. It’s easy to clean when you get cheesy finger residue on it(or wine residue). It’s also quiet too. The only problem I have is getting it off of Celsius, but I didn’t really try too hard to change it, since it doesn’t bother me too much. Good purchase!

Returning for refund. The top zone does not cool at all. The bottom zone, set to 55, went below 40 degrees. The top door is crooked. UPS delivered the package. The box was dinged up and the packing material was broken in several places, but no dents or dings on the unit itself. Packing material seems a bit thin on the top (1”) for shipping.

Bought this wine cooler about a year ago. Had one of those crappy thermoelectric things that couldn't hold temp worth a darn that finally crapped out. Wanted a "real" compressor driven unit. Picked this one up for around $379 shipped. PROS: + Holds temperature very stable (even in a warm house in the summer) + After a power failure returns to the same temperature as before the outage (thermoelectric one just reset to the lowest temp thereby subjecting the wine to unnecessary, large temperature swings) + dual zone + reasonable capacity for the size (large bottles will reduce that just as with most other wine coolers) + easy to use controls and slick blue led lighting + easy leveling CONS: - The current price seems a bit steep (other than that have not run across any).

love our Koolatron wine fridge. So glad we purchased it.

The wine cooler is a great addition to our bar. The style suits almost any decor. Holds lots of wine bottles and keeps them at the perfect temperature. We have had it for two years now with no issues. I definitely recommend this product!

I purchased the product as a Christmas gift for my wife but the box was delivered in a horrible conditions as shown in the photos. I was assuming the glass may be cracked or the fridge has a huge dent somewhere. And because the box was half torn, all the corners of the fridge was covered with dust so I had to wipe this new product off with clean cloth but luckily it seems to be working OK. Considering the condition of the packaging, I could not wrap it up as a gift and had to take out everything and set it up in the kitchen. Yes, it does make a bit of noise as other customers say in the review but it's not that bad and the temperature is kept quite good. On top of all the problems I've encountered, my wife still likes it so there.

J'ai acheté le modèle 24 bouteilles a 2 zones au mois d'octobre 2023. Le ventilateur de la zone du bas a cessé de fonctionner en janvier 2026, soit quelques mois après la fin du service selon ce qui est écrit. J'ai acheté un ventilateur, mais ce n'est pas cette pièce qui est brisée, donc j'ai écrit à Koolatron pour leur demander ce que je peux faire et si ils ont des pièces de rechange. Ils ont demandé de répondre a quelques questions, ce que j'ai aussitôt fait. Ils m'ont répondu que l'appareil n'était plus garantie et que je devais me trouver un réparateur dans mon secteur !!!! Je viens de leur répondre que j'étais très déçue de cette réponse. Je crois qu'ils sont au courant de certains problèmes sur leurs appareils, mais il n'y a pas de pièces ou de services qui peuvent nous aider, même pas une liste de réparateurs certifés. Je ne recommande donc pas ces produits à cause du risque de dysfonctionnement et le manque de service après vente.
