I liked that this perch was very easy to put together and very lightweight. I prefer the look of wood to plastic, and this is one of the more attractive perches I've found at such a great price. It's also very durable. After months of daily use and being chewed on by multiple birds, it's held up well. It's the perfect size for my Green Cheek Conure (79g). My Senegal and Sun Conure also enjoy it (they are about the same size, around 116g), but it's a little small for my Indian Ringneck to get around on (119g with a large, long body). I often remove one of the bowls to create more room on the top perch. I bought it for when we travel with our birds, to give them something besides their cages to hang out on. I ended up using it daily, since my birds loved it. I actually had to purchase another one for them to share. I'd like it even better if the bowls could be moved to the ends of the perch, but as it is, it's very functional and suits my (and my birds') needs perfectly. I highly recommend it, and would even consider buying another.

I am very impressed. I was looking for a light perch stand for when we have an overnight guest. I want to put my Amazon Parrot in the other too. There is a lot more room on the perch between the cups then I thought there would be. You can choose not to put the cups if need be. They screw in. Extremely easy to put together. Seems sturdy and it’s light to carry.

Great purchase. The Natural wood provides good texture and is wide enough that it doesn't hurt my Green Cheeks Feet. She loves to sit on top. The dishes are easily removable and washable. The whole product assembles nicely. However, you will need to put down newspaper for the bottom because the wood is natural - poop is unforgiving when it hits. This is a great buy for green cheeks and cockatiels. My parakeet even has fun chewing on it. *** IN SUMMARY **** Size: Great for Green Cheeks, Cockatiels and Love Birds. My parakeets are OK sitting on it but struggle to go up and down if their wings are clipped Wood: Natural, good size for feet as it exercises them. This is much better than the standard round perches you would find in the pet store. Cleaning: So-so, this is because the wood is natural. There is always a trade off- in this case it's if you don't put paper down on the bottom. You can easily cut or fold newspaper/magazines to save yourself the hassle of attempting to clean off poo- and let me tell you- it's not fun. The poo sticks to the natural wood like glue- as you'd think it would. But honestly this is such a small price to pay and easily avoidable. Assembly: Extremely easy, my grandparents can even take it apart and put it back together. It is SO simple you don't need instructions. This is the best part- you can easily take it apart and transport it. That in itself is so valuable. Many of the stands I've encountered are hard to disassemble however this perch has been a winner. I can take it apart super quickly (within 5m) and put it in a bag to take to different places! Very easy and light. Weight: Great weight- not too heavy but very steady. 10-10 would recommend.

I bought this as a small potty training stand for a Jenday Conure. He fits pretty snugly on it. It would be better for a smaller bird although the main perch is very thick for a smaller bird to hold onto. It was a cinch to put together. The natural wood looks nice and costs a fraction of those more expensive wooden stands. I sanded off the darker parts of the wood, they appear to have been burnt on! In fact, many parts of this stand looks like they took a wood burning tool to it! The stand is lightweight and easy to move around the house. The stainless steel cups are probably too deep for most birds that would fit comfortably on this, my bird has no issues with them. One of the bowls has a burnt spot on the bottom where the welder heater too long, this doesn't keep the bowl from holding water in. Some sharp staples are present on the bottom catch pan so I make sure I keep a towel over them. My bird is also large enough that at some angles his backside hangs off the perch resulting in poop on the surrounding area of the stand, oh well! My bird also doesn't use any other part of this stand other than the top portion.

This is a great little bird stand! It’s actually the second one I’ve purchased. The last one was too much stuff and too difficult to clean. This is awesome. One point of contact at the Trey. I put a puppy pad around that and it keeps everything clean and she can sit up in the den window where she loves to sit during the day. I also love that these bowls are good quality stainless steel. It’s really hard to find good quality stainless steel in bird bowls.

I bought this perch because I like to let my two Sun Conure's loose outside of their cage for at least two hours each day in one of the bedrooms inside of my house so that they can fly around a bit every day and exercise their wings. I was hoping that by buying this perch for them and putting it in the highest place in the bedroom (a chest in the bedroom) that they would stop landing on a table lamp that I have in the bedroom but instead they totally ignore this perch and keep using the table lamp as a landing spot. I tried to place them on top of the perch when I put them in the bedroom and placed some food inside of one of the bowls that comes with the perch to see if they would use it more but they just fly off of the perch shortly after I place them on it. The construction of the perch is pretty decent and it was easy to put together but my birds dont seem to like it, maybe its the burnt wood look of it? it doesnt look like a natural tree to them maybe? I dont know. I also tried removing the 1 single bowl that I put on the perch so that I could put it inside of my sun conure's cage at least but it seems that the bolt that screws on to the bowl got loose and when I try to twist the bowl off it doesnt loosen or tighten anymore, it just spins endlessly. I ended up putting the perch inside of my two Sun Conure's cage to see if maybe they grow more used to using it if I leave it inside of their cage and they become more used to having it around. Pros ------------- + It looks really nice, it could almost look like a house decoration. + The materials look pretty sturdy and put together really well Cons ------------- - Unfortunately my two Sun Conure's wont go anywhere near it, I dont know if its because of the burnt wood look, maybe it has a weird smell they dont like? or maybe it doesnt look like a natural tree to them? whatever the reason they wont go anywhere near it. - The bolt that attaches from the bowl to the perch became loose and now when I spin the bowl to try to remove it the bowl just spins around but it wont tighten the bolt or loosen it anymore so the bowl is essentially stuck in place. - The wood looks like it has a burnt texture to it that the birds dont seem to like very much. Conclusion ------------- In conclusion the item looks really cute and well put together but why buy something that my birds wont use? it didnt really serve the purpose that I wanted to buy it for which was to allow my birds to fly on the perch instead of on top of my table lamp when I have them loose in my bedroom so that they can fly around and exercise their wings every day. I would not recommend this perch if you own Sun Conure's, mine didnt seem to like it at all. I ended up putting it inside of their cage to see if they at least use it sometimes inside of their cage, maybe they will grow more used to it by having it inside of their cage and letting them become more familiar with it.

I have a Green Cheek Conure so smaller bird so I added a ladder over the pegs for him to get to the top, top perch I did feel was ok for him in diameter some say no I think its fine. I chose to purchase a side bowl holder and screwed this onto the side so as not to take up any space on the top perch or Id recommend using just one of the top bowls as with both bowls others are right your bird hardly has any space! I bought this stand knowing I was going to do these things to it based on other reviews and pics. But I LOVE the look of this natural little stand it is DARLING!!! I also in the base of the tray before screwing together laid down a clear sheet of one sided laminate like used for sealing documents to seal the bottom for easy clean up and nothing can permeate the wood. I do also lay paper towel still down of course. I also added one little eye hook for a toy to hang :) I LOVE THIS STAND!! Can easily be made into what you prefer! and for this GREAT PRICE it just cant be beat and looks high class!

It’s cute looking, but that’s about it. Nothing screws in tight. It is far from sturdy. It’s almost as if all the parts belong to something else. Every time we try screwing the parts tight, it just keeps on spinning and never tighten. The base has big gaps between the wood and it can’t hold anything. Looking at it closer, it looks like ours was put together in heist with pieces left around at the end of the day. $38.00 for fire wood seems a bit much. We read the reviews and bought it, never again. The only bird that can perch on this with No movement, is a finch. Please read the reviews with a grain of salt, get two pieces of paper and write buy on one and not buy on the other. Then get a blind fold and a dart, and throw it. If your luck you will hit, Don’t Buy!!! We are truly disappointed with this product and the waste of $38.00 plus tax! We don’t recommend unless you are going to use your Breeo smokeless fire pit and need a little fire wood to start.

I was looking for a tabletop.perch for my macaw but couldn't figure out if it would be big enough for her. I saw a couple of reviews on this one that had pictures so I push the buy button. It's exactly what I needed! And my parrot doesn't hate it. (I'm sure she'll love it in time, but new things are scary & not to be trusted). She's quite happy moving around on it, no wobble or shake. Definitely a great purchase and I would definitely recommend it.

My Green Cheek Conure loves this perch. It is the perfect size to fit on a end table/coffee table, and is light enough just to pick up and move if in the way. With both the cups attached to the stand, I would not recommend this stand for a bird much large than a Green Cheek Conures. However the cups can be easily removed, and can probably be used as a training perch. The whole perch can come apart, making it easy to clean and store. With assembly quick and easy this stand goes everywhere my bird goes. This perch is an absolute must have, if your bird spends any extended time out of the cage The only problem I have with my stand, is a every small wobble. But this wobble doesn't effect my bird at all and doesn't spill the water in a full cup
