This is a very easy tool to help kiddos communicate and open up regarding feelings!

Love this book for my boys. They have a hard time expressing their emotions and I will sit with them and read this book to make better choices. Ages 10 and under would benefit from this book.

I wish this existed in the 80s when I was growing up. I am still learning how to cope in a healthy way. This is allowing my toddler to identify their feelings and understand that taking a breath and time to calm down is not a punishment. She is calming much faster and her feelings aren’t as big as she moves through them and realizes we understand. She is also excited to share this with her younger siblings as they are having meltdowns and big feelings.

Use this with kids at work, very handy

Love these books. I use them with adults with disabilities to help them express their emotions and learn coping skills. Pictures are easy to use and clearly defined.

My family struggles with identifying there emotions. This books helps us to easily identify the emotion and how to adjust our behavior.

This is a great tool. Colorful, easy to use and the mirror makes it fun.

Great sturdy quality. Pages have an almost laminated feel to them. We use this at home for an autistic adult to help communicate how they are feeling when they have trouble verbalizing.

Love this little flip book. It gives little tips on the back of each page to help deal with the emotions..

Great for kids

I use this product on my desk for students to use. I work as a teaching assistant and children love this to show/voice their emotions. For students who struggle to communicate their feelings and needs, this is a fantastic visual aid and for students who don’t want to talk but wish to know how to cope, it has great suggestions for coping mechanisms that are easy to read and understand. I have used this in support with my 4 year old and student between 7 and 10 all found this easy to use and useful to support their coping with and identifying emotions.

So happy with this book. My son has been looking through it all day working out what he can do with each different emotion. It’s going to be very helpful with helping him regulate.
