My New Go To
This was a restock for the pantry since I used all of what I had for making pizzelles and sugar cookies for the holidays. I did end up making another batch of pizzelles last week and was very pleased with the flavor of the extract. Just the right amount of concentration and the right amount of lemon flavoring! The texture of the pizzelles was the same as the name brands of extracts with a lower cost. Perfect for all of my baking needs!

Lemon flavor is my favorite. This was not strong as I thought. I didn’t realize the bottle was 1 ounce. Not as strong as I thought. It did the job for baking, but I need more flavor. Even though it’s extract, I need a little more flavor to taste lemonny.

I drink a little each morning to help with blood sugar and digestion. Works great. Doesn’t taste super sour. Mix the j with apple cider vinegar.
