Good quality
Perfect simple phone for ease of use Brand: Jshining | Type: Flip basic mobile I bought this as a no-fuss, reliable backup/everyday phone, and it delivers exactly what it promises. Here’s my breakdown: Pros • Super simple design: Large, well-spaced buttons, clear display, and big text — ideal for anyone who prefers straightforward calling/texting, or for older users who want easy navigation. • Useful extra features: Built-in SOS button, FM radio, MP3 support, and bright torch make it far more capable than just a basic handset. • Great build: Compact flip design protects the screen and keypad, feels solid, and fits easily in a pocket or bag.

Good little phone, poor instructions
Works very well and quite suitable for my disabled relative who has very shaky hands . But the instructions are not adequate for they miss out so many of the many hidden features, like message recording the fm radio receiver and changing ringtones. Luckily he is quite tech-savvy or he wouldn't have been able to find many of them. And be aware that there are different models, for on ordering again we found they sent us an earlier version that had the older micro usb charger connection and somewhat different methods of recording radio programmes. And note that its Gen 2 hardware that will one day be switched off.- but not for some years yet.

Easy to use
This mobile phone is a great choice for elderly people because it is simple and easy to use. It has a large screen and big buttons, making it easier to read and dial numbers. The battery lasts a long time, and the sound is clear and loud. It also has an emergency SOS button, which is useful in case of an emergency. Overall, this phone is reliable, practical, and offers good value for money

Not fancy, but it works fine if you know your way around a phone from twenty odd years ago
This is a cheap phone, but if for any reason you need a cheap basic Pay as you go Unlocked Phone then this is OK. OK it is, as you would expect very basic and no real effort has gone into hiding the fact this is made of plastic. Folded up it reminds me of a used bar of soap (to be honest I'm OK with that). As for using it if you are old enough to have used mobiles 25yrs ago or there abouts them this is easy enough to find your way round. It is no iPhone and should not be compared to fancy modern smart phones. It has its place though and if you are going somewhere you do not want to have a decent smart phone with you then this could be the answer
