It is almost perfect however I think the factory edge may be a bit hard. I doesn’t accept files well at all and shows super fine cracking at sharpened edge. However it holds an edge well chops well and is also almost perfect in Avery way. The weight is worth the piece of mind your knife can handle the task. Almost perfect

Seems like a really high quality item. Fits well in the hand and comes very sharp. Although it hasn't been tested, I think that it would perform very well.
