I am a mid 20s female who works out 5-6 days a week. I use Creatine to give my protein shakes that extra kick to help grow and tone my muscles. I have used so many different types of Creatine that I can whole-heartedly say that this is the best one! Many Creatines on the market have this horrible sour taste and very grainy. This one is very different and I can hardly tell that it is there. Adding one scoop to my protein powder, I do not taste any level of sourness and do not find myself chewing on little grains of the product. The Creatine also dissolves so well in my protein powder. I swear by Creatine and this product. It is super clean and is priced very well. I was surprised by the size of the tub as it was very large and lasted me about one month. The product shipped so quickly and I cannot wait to receive my next tub. Beware of what is on the market for Creatine. Do your research and know what is right for your body. It arrived a few day after it said it would deliver, but it's a very good product, it's pure, blends super good with anything! A bit rough on the digestive system if you take more than the recommended portion, but not so bad, I've been taking 3 scoops a day for a whole week and it feels better! I train 3 times a day and it really helps regeneration and healing when training heavily. Make sure you eat and drink well and you should not have any problem!

Plain old creatine, virtually no flavour (super subtle even when concentrated) and does its thing. Scoop does take a bit more than the top line as the creatine likes to “stick” to itself if you know what I mean. It doesn’t fully dissolve so I usually take it with a blended protein shake. It’s a touch messy To work with but, gets the job done

Prior ordering them, I was hesitating because there were good and bad comments. Honestly, these are the first I can notice a difference I am taking them. Tried several: - Boom Sportz Creatine HCL (powder) - Allmax Monohydrate (powder) - Purple K (caps) - EFX Kra-Alkalyn (powder) and none of them ever made a single difference. I honestly never finished a single tub, I just gave them to friends who liked those. So don't hesitate, go ahead and purchase these. MuscleTech is not a brand I was trusting prior ordering, actually I used to think they were not that good. PS: I have only been taking them for 2 weeks and the difference is big enough to notice. (2 scoops a day for 14 days). Going back to 1 scoop/day starting tomorrow.

Creatine is really one of the best supplements for muscle building, The loading phase of 7 days in which you have to take 3-4 scoops a day is kind of annoying but besides that I mix this in with my pre workout right before I go to the gym and I've notice tremendous gains within the first 30 days. Side note, it makes drinking water a bit gritty and sandy, but worth it.
