FreeRide Wakeboard Tower

Will not stand by their products...bought a new bimini top for my boat...pull it out of the package brand new and when I go to unzip the zippers one of the rear ones falls off...call them they tell me that it is considered wear and tear....What it's brand new ...went back and forth with them and they did nothing...My boat is up for sale now because it has an Aerial tower on it and I will never have anything Aerial again ever!!!!

bad quality products and horrible customer services, refusal to help customer. Tower came bent; China made products.

My Freeride tower and bimini is a work of art, but get ready to wait 12 weeks for it to be delivered in its entirety.Although it is a beautiful polished aluminum overenginneered masterpiece it needs to be coated with Sharkhide marine lacker so you can enjoy it and never polish it again. Lest you forget that important Sharkhide, then you will be slaving over it polishing on a monthly basis.... I would buy it again...... But the wait can be excruciating if you need it NOW!!!!!!!!!

I ordered my Aerial FreeRide Wakeboard Tower on April 11th from H2O. My credit card was charged on April 13th, so i expected shipment soon after that. Fat chance of that...as of today, June 14th, i have still not received the tower or any of the accessories i bought with the tower. I have contacted H2O multiple times regarding my order and have been told "a couple more days", "another week", "next month", etc. Today i was told "tomorrow". You can only seem to get in touch with one guy named Pat via email or phone which is starting to make me very suspicious about the business. I'm waiting for a refund and i still haven't seen the credit on my card. The advertisement on Amazon says 18 available, but i haven't been able to get 1 for over 60 days! So anyone thinking of buying from this place ( and Pat ), you might want to think twice!!

I ordered both tower and bimini, tower came in 3 weeks after is been 4 months and still dont have the bimini every time i call they say next month, horrible place, aerialwakeboard.com and by the way the finish on the tower is real cheap it gets water marks that have to be polished out and they still dont come out, very upset with this order, will never buy from that site.

I have had a very similar (negative experience) with Aerial wakeboard products. Nothing is delivered on time or anywhere near the "expected" date. My Aerial Assault tower (although aesthetically pleasing) shakes, rattles, creaks, squeaks. In short, I would tell anybody willing to listen "do NOT do business with Aerial Wakeboarding/H2O".

Took 2 months to recieve this freeride tower. Should have ordered it in the winter, but got the same run around as the other guy. It's on back order or it's been delayed are the common excuses. Tower is fantastic but dealing with H2Owatersports was not ideal.
