Is there any negative information

Not sure what you mean. Are you looking for negative information about the product itself (which consists of several plants like cowslip, gentian, sorrel, elder and vervain), or negative reaction to the product? It did nothing for me so that's a negative. It did not do anything that was advertised (e.g. open up my nasal passages, clear the head nor thin mucus).

I'm on my 2nd box of this. The 1st pack contained a white tablet, but the 2nd had green ones, but the same box. Do they vary by batch?

See my review from Feb 2015, the formula has changed. The white ones are from the original formula and the greens are from the new formula.

what is the formula for Sinupret ?

The formulation has changed (January 2020), though I have not found a single outlet correctly reflecting that change. If you are sensitive to additives, as I am, it could change your experience with the product, as it did me. It now makes me ill; couldn’t leave the house. Did it to two of my family members including myself. Artificial colors and fillers were added to the old product. Wrote to MFR w no response.
