I dont recommend this item to anyone. Impossible to connect to water. Not uae standard size wTer pipe. When i wanted to get refund it wasnt possible due to Chinese company Dont BUy it!

Unfortunately didn’t fix, they should add different connectors specially when they ship it to overseas. Even i couldn’t find connector in our country

The product is really not suitable for the UAE and Amazon should be responsible for this and not write it in the fine print. This amounts to cheating by Amazon. We paid AED 1290 for the tap and now we cannot use it. Amazon should give us a refund.

Needed a replacement for the over expensive one that came with house - which was clogged and started having low water pressure issues after a few years. This fit the bill and arrived quickly after ordering. It looks great once installed. Quality piece. Very easy to clean with the spot free feature. Water drops don't leave a mark and the faucet wipes clean quickly just like an ordinary faucet. I was concerned seeing the spring coil around the top of the faucet - but it just wipes cleanly with a damp sink cloth or damp sponge. The sprayer is pretty good. Light weight and does the job when needed. We have good water pressure, so have to turn it down otherwise it splashes at full open position. Which is a good thing. Took a bit to install and get the hose under the sink to run freely without snagging and kinking. Wound up wrapping some electrical tape around the spot that would bend and kink when pulling the hose sprayer all the way out when washing pots and pans. Worked great after that. Will look at ordering an extra faucet head on sale since always seem to get clogged and leaky in the future even after cleaning the sprayer pores regular. Just depends on the water hardness of the area you live in. Our should last a few years before it gets clogged since we live in a more softer water area. Very happy with this faucet.

It’s perfect! I’m so happy I went with matte black. Hired a plumber to get it professionally installed. Installation went smoothly. Works great! Definitely upgraded the whole look of my kitchen. I’ve seen other reviews of the matte black painting chipping. Will update again in a year or two.

Have had this in for close to 2 months. Can't speak to ease of install as my plumber handled it, but was present when he put it in and there wasn't any cursing or head scratching so... I researched a TON of kitchen faucets and it seems really hit and miss, so was nervous as this was a big spend for us, but so far this one has been great. Really nice finish (everyone who has seen it has called it sexy). Incredibly well packaged and felt heavy and of good quality right out of the box. Installed in a quartz counter - so far it's nice and solid, no signs of looseness or movement. The pull down worked great right away (I guess my plumber got the placement of the counter-weight right); it pulls out without having to use too much force and retracts perfectly. The switch from steady stream to spray has been flawless. Nice that it switches automatically back from spray to steady stream when you turn the tap off. Love the colour - rich and warm without being too showy. One very minor thing is that our bathroom faucet is a different brand and hot is up, cold is down. On this Kraus hot is down, cold is up (yup, I double checked their nicely labelled hot and cold supply lines). So that messes with my head a bit. One other minor thing is that the arc that the handle takes to control the flow of water is quite short (our older ugly faucet had a wider arc), so it can be a little tricky to get exactly the strength of flow you are going for. Not a deal breaker, but an area that could be improved I think. A design note, which will depend entirely on the size of your sink is the "spread" from where the faucet goes through the counter to where the nozzle sits over the sink is not quite as lengthy as our old faucet, so the nozzle sits a little bit closer to the back of the sink than our old one. Handy in some circumstances (getting a big pot under it), less handy in others (washing produce without splattering a bit of the backsplash). So far very happy with it and will consider Kraus for our bathroom when we get around to renovating that.
