The pills are slightly smaller than round Aleve tablets. I was very happy to find a multivitamin with minerals that’s so tiny. I can’t really handle large pills. I usually have to cut them. These are perfect and no cutting needed! I didn’t have any side effects like I usually do with multivitamins. The price is great for the amount of tablets that you get. If you’re looking for pills that are easy to swallow definitely get these. I highly recommend. My cousin and I both love this brand.

These are great little multivitamins. They are small potent and I love that they’re vegan. The price is great and they’re comparable to other named brand multivitamins as far as content and ingredients.

I have been buying this item for several years and will continue to do so. I cannot process the rda 18 mg iron in most other brands but this one has 8mg per tablet so I take one in morning and one in evening for enough iron and with no digestion issues

I have a really hard time with big pills; it’s gotten better, but these were among the first pills I could swallow. They were small enough I could take them easily, like a round tic tac. I don’t have any types of symptoms from it; I do take with food. It has a vitamin smell, but it’s not a strong smell. It’s been years and I still take these every day.

Best value I could find anywhere for a certified vegan, decent quality ingredient multivitamin that actually met the DV of pretty much everything, however I specifically chose this one due to the fact that many others in the price range had many times the DV of primarily the B vitamins, but also some others, and this one as listed shows that it only meets the requirements and doesn't exceed really any them. However the product I received is differently packaged, and has far more than the DV of many things including the Bs, selenium, chromium, and molybdenum. I'm still satisfied with it thus far, as I feel better about spacing them out further and only having one every other day, but would've liked to know what I was buying.

Well there's a lot to love about these there's also a few things that I wish I could be changed so let's get down to the pros first and the cons second. Pros: -way more affordable than the usual raw vitamin code prenatals I was on for nursing. -tiny tablets, so no giant horse pills to swallow. And I took a picture comparing them to dried chickpeas. -vegan and not a ridiculous price. I am finding more often what I buy a vegan item it seems to cost almost double of the traditional item, however not so with these. -shipping was free and always a plus in my book. -I took my first time today and had no upset stomach, like my old vitamins gave me if I took without food. Cons: -smelled equally as bad as most other vegan or natural vitamins. I'll update in the future if they are still treating me well regardless of smell because I'm not spending 60 a month for minty scented pills when I can just take my vitamin with some mio.

I love these vegan multivitamins! The daily values for the vitamins are good, and I am happy that it also includes a mineral supplement. Like most vitamins, it lacks D3 which is something you will likely need to purchase separately (I use a vegan D3 vitamin spray). It does have adequate B12, vitamin C, and even some vitamin E. You should also consider adding a calcium/magnesium/zinc supplement to your diet as this mix is low on those 3. I also have to mention, for people who have trouble swallowing pills....these are TINY in comparison to the alternatives! I would say they are "pea sized". You only need 1 a day, and there are 90 tablets in a bottle so you get about 3 months. For 3 months, the price is very reasonable! I purchased the 2 pack. I bought them this year and the expiration date is 2020, so they are fresh. I am really happy with my purchase, and would recommend these vitamins to anyone!
