Very useful
Sound quality is okay but could be better. The device is easy to setup. It has great functionality and value for the money. There are some issues if you don't speak directly into the microphone.

Bought this item for work since I have hearing problems and it worked well for 2 months then the button had to be messed with in order for it to work right. It was easy to use while it lasted.

Speaker stopped working after one week.
We purchased this unit for our scale house to be able to communicate with customers. It worked well for about a week until we had a rain storm and the speaker stopped working. This unit apparently cannot be used outdoors which completely defeats the purpose of the unit.
