I bought the Pyunkang Yul PKY Calming Moisture Barrier Vegan Korean Skincare Cream after I burned my skin using too high of a concentration of Retinol on my face and neck. This cream actually did calm my skin almost immediately and stopped the itching and burning and got me through until my skin healed. I still use it in rotation with my other face cream because it is just so light and creamy and does not leave my face feeling overly oily. I did not take any before and after pics because all they would really show is a freshly washed and moisturized face, not a transformation or anything. I bought the 1.69 FL. Oz, 50ml size and since it is so light-weight, I’m still only a quarter way into the bottle after 2 months. This is not really wrinkle-reducing or anything like that ... just a creamy, soothing, super light-weight cream that greatly reduces skin irritation quickly. This is a fantastic product. It is a rare formula that is hard to find! It has this lightweight hydration that you feel when first applied that drinks into the skin quickly and then you feel the thicker, skin barrier elements. So it feel like you are getting a does of hydration that is then locked in. I have pretty tricky skin. It's sentive and extremely dry, but prone to clogged pores and acne. It took me a long time to understand how to treat it because trying to get enough moisture without breaking my skin out is really hard. It takes a lot of trial and error for me to find products that work for me. I already know this is going to be a holy grail for me. I love this brand, I have used their essence toner since 2018, literally every day. Their products are such high quality and amazing value for how fantastic they are. Super excited I found this specific moisture barrier cream.

Wonderful product! I hydrates beautifully, goes on very luxuriously and is a pleasure to use. This replaced a moisturizer that I paid far more money for and is better than all of the others. I can easily put this head to head with Tatcha, Le Mer and many others. Great product and great value.

This is a decent lotion. Doesn’t have a ton of hydration to it, but it’s light weight and absorbs quickly. It does make your skin greasy quickly though. Over all it’s just okay.

This is a good Korean moisturizer. It feels lightweight but still hydrating and it absorbs nicely without leaving a greasy layer. The price is reasonable for the quality and most importantly it doesn’t break me out. It’s been working well for my skin so far.

I really like this cream to use for night. It is more moisture oriented than oily night cream. At first I thought it was not oily enough but the more I use it the more my skin felt moist. Even though I have dry skin it is good to use even winter night.

This is the perfect lightweight cream. I have sensitive combination skin that is prone to breakouts but this hasn’t caused any issues. It’s the perfect cream to apply before makeup application as it isn’t so thick and doesn’t pill up. I pair this with the Tirtir serum at night and its chefs kiss!
